nextcoastmedia.com is published by Next Coast Media and Marketing Services LLC ("we"), the company responsible for your data under this policy. It applies to reading this site. Cookies and everything else stored in your browser are listed by name in the cookie policy.

What we collect
Reading this site tells us nothing about you. There are no forms, no accounts, no analytics, and no advertising tools. Our hosting provider keeps standard server logs, including IP addresses, for security and to keep the site running; we do not use them to identify visitors.
Links to other sites
The site links to Nearshore Americas, Next Coast Brokerage, and to our pages on YouTube, LinkedIn, and X. Each of those has its own privacy policy, which applies once you follow the link. Nothing on this site loads content from them before you do.
Who handles your data for us

Cloudflare processes data on our instructions under its own data-processing terms. Where data leaves the United Kingdom or European Economic Area, the transfer rests on the standard contractual clauses approved by the European Commission and the UK addendum to them. We do not sell personal data and we do not share it with anyone else, except where the law requires.

Your rights
Wherever you live, you can ask us what we hold about you, ask for it to be corrected or deleted, and withdraw any consent you have given (the cookie settings in the footer do this without asking us). Readers in the United Kingdom and European Economic Area have these rights under the GDPR; readers in California have equivalent rights under the CCPA. We do not sell or share personal information as California law defines those terms, so there is nothing to opt out of on that front.
Because this site collects nothing that identifies you, there is usually nothing to find; clearing your browser ends the relationship. To ask anyway, email privacy@nextcoastmedia.com. We answer within one month. If you are unhappy with our answer, you can complain to the data-protection authority where you live; in the UK that is the Information Commissioner's Office, and in the EU your national authority.
Children
Nothing here is aimed at children, and we do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 16.
Security
Everything travels encrypted (HTTPS). If a breach ever affects your data we will tell you and the relevant authority as the law requires.
Changes
When our practices change, this page changes and the date at the top moves.
